Our Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing via WhatsApp or email. The following refund schedule applies based on how many days before the travel date the cancellation is made:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
The Sacred Gift Box cost is non-refundable once dispatched. If cancellation is made before the Gift Box is dispatched, the full Gift Box cost will be refunded along with the applicable package refund.
VIP Darshan Passes are sourced from temples and third-party agencies in advance. In some cases, these passes may be non-refundable depending on the specific temple's policy. We will inform you at the time of booking if the VIP pass for your chosen destination is non-refundable.
You may request a change of travel dates subject to availability. Date changes are permitted at no charge if requested more than 14 days before the original travel date. A rebooking fee of ₹500 per person applies for date changes requested within 7–13 days of travel.
In case of a genuine medical emergency affecting the primary traveller, we will offer a travel credit (valid for 12 months) or a 75% refund regardless of the date of cancellation, subject to a medical certificate being provided. Please contact us immediately in such situations.
In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, government orders, temple closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full travel credit or rescheduling at no extra charge. Cash refunds in such cases will be processed to the extent permitted by our suppliers.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking any package with Pilgrimage Tours India. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Pilgrimage Tours India provides managed pilgrimage tour packages including hotel accommodation, transportation, VIP darshan pass arrangements, guide services, and the Sacred Gift Box. The exact inclusions for each package are as listed on the package detail page at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment (30% of the total package cost) and a written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email. Submission of the online booking form alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are per person based on twin sharing accommodation. Single occupancy supplements apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new bookings; confirmed bookings are not affected by price changes.
Our packages include accommodation, meals as specified, transfers, VIP darshan passes, guide services, and the Sacred Gift Box. Packages do not include airfare or train tickets to/from the destination, personal expenses, travel insurance, optional activities not listed in the package, or expenses arising from delays beyond our control.
We arrange VIP Darshan Passes on behalf of our customers through official temple channels. While we take every care to secure passes in advance, darshan is subject to the temple's operational schedule. We are not responsible for temple closures due to festivals, religious events, maintenance, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule darshan within the existing itinerary.
Customers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID for themselves and all pilgrims during the journey (required for VIP darshan at most temples). Customers must disclose any medical conditions, mobility issues, or special needs at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements. Failure to disclose such information may limit our ability to provide full assistance during the journey.
Pilgrimage journeys, particularly Char Dham and Vaishno Devi, involve travelling to high altitudes. We strongly recommend all pilgrims consult a doctor before booking high-altitude packages, particularly elderly or medically vulnerable travellers. We are not liable for any health incidents arising from altitude sickness or pre-existing medical conditions.
Pilgrimage Tours India acts as an organiser and facilitator. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the package. We are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, illness, or damage to personal property during the journey. We strongly recommend customers purchase travel insurance before departure.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from a booking with Pilgrimage Tours India shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

We are committed to acknowledging all grievances within 48 hours and resolving them within 15 working days from the date of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
